Are all products brand new?

Short answer – Yes.

Long answer – We only sell brand new products backed by full Manufacturer’s Warranty. We DO NOT sell factory seconds, second-hand products, parallel imports, etc.

Do Ripper Rentals products come with full Manufacturer's Warranty?

Short answer – Yes.

Long answer – All the products you purchase from Ripper Rentals are backed by full Manufacturer’s Warranty. This is in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law

Does Ripper Rentals have a physical store or a showroom?

Short answer – No.

Long answer – We are an online-only business with an extensive delivery network all over Australia. Our customer service centre is Australia based. We do not have any showrooms or physical stores.

Does Ripper Rentals deliver to my location?

Short Answer – Yes

Long Answer – We deliver to most locations in Australia, however prices to some regional areas outside our delivery network vary. If the postcode does not show up in our delivery network – The website will prompt you to call our customer service team to do a quick check of the postage charge. You can also use the contact us page after business hrs and over the weekend and we will reply to you ASAP.

How can I pay for my order online?

Short Answer – With credit card and Yes, it is safe.

Long Answer – When placing your order online, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or any other debit card – if you prefer to be invoiced and pay by direct debit – please call our number and one of our agents will be more than happy to help.

All the prices you see on our website are inclusive of free d2d delivery to most Australian metro postcodes and for smaller items to most places in Australia. you may get a prompt to check if extra charges apply for delivery to your postcode – Please call us and we will be happy to assist.

Can you dispose of my old appliance?

Short Answer – Yes

Long Answer – We also provide a premium delivery option wherein– We deliver your order on an agreed day, unbox and take away any unwanted packaging and even remove your old product for a nominal fee – The cost depends on the item and your postcode, please call us and we will be more than happy to help you with this.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Short Answer – We take care of it.

Long Answer – If you notice an appliance has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must report it to our customer service team on 03 9052 5212, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
